Ark has set up a protocol in lines with NH-GOV guidelines. We appreciate anything you can do to facilitate and help minimizing risks of infection.
Ark Mobile Visits (We come to you)
The Mobile Clinic will park in your driveway or as close to your entrance as possible (check winter weather!)
An Ark Technician will come to the door and retrieve a cat carrier or a dog on a leash
They will bring your pet to the mobile clinic.
The Ark Veterinarian will examine your pet.
once the appointment is over with your pet, the Veterinarian will call you and discuss treatment if needed.
Ark Clinic Visits (You come to us)
On arrival, in the Parking lot or in the main Driveway, call the Clinic number displayed on the large blue sign (located in front of the clinic, or in the parking lot)
An Ark receptionist will answer and arrange for us to retrieve your pet.
A technician or a receptionist will come out of the clinic and retrieve your pet (on a leash or in a carrier).
An Ark Veterinarian will examine your pet and call us you when done to discuss treatment.
An Ark Technician or Receptionist will bring your pet out and process payment.
