- On arrival, in the parking lot or in the main driveway, call the Clinic number displayed on a sign near the clinic's entrance.
- An Ark receptionist will answer and will come to let you in.
- Alternatively, you can ring the bell and someone will let you in.

- The Mobile Clinic will park in your driveway or as close to your entrance as possible (check winter weather and make sure the driveway is accessible and plowed and salted in it snowed!)
- In case the driveway is not accessible, the appointment may be rescheduled
- Cats must be in a cat carrier and dogs must be on a leash
- Bring the pets to the mobile clinic
- The Ark Veterinarian will examine your pet and discuss treatment if needed.
- The technician will process the necessary paperwork and the invoice can be paid with cash or card (We no longer take checks.)
While we understand that life happens and there may be changes to your schedule, we strive to provide the best care possible for our clients and their pets. That means having the opportunity to offer last-minute availability if we know we have an opening the same or next day.
Cancellations: For your convenience, you can cancel your appointment up to the same day with no charges or fees. All we ask is that you call so we can offer the appointment to another pet in need of veterinary care.
Late Arrivals: There will be no charge for the late arrival of your appointment, we simply ask that you call to let us know. However, depending on the arrival time, we may have to take our regularly scheduled patient(s) first.
No-Show: If you miss your appointment without notification there will be a $50 No-Show Fee per pet. If you miss your scheduled time for a surgery, there is a $150 No-Show Fee per pet. Services will not be rendered and appointments will not be rescheduled until that fee is paid.
